Teachers Course This year we are pleased to announce we are offering the LTA 'She Rallies' course for secondary teachers.  Teachers attending will receive training plus resources for their school.  This really is the 'best deal in town!' See booking form for details

County Schools Championships A competition in two age groups - Under 14 and Under 18. Schools may enter up to two pairs. This is for the school's best players. Boys' : Welwyn Tennis Club Wednesday 1st May 12.00-4.00. Girls': Friday 14th June 12.00-4.00. St Albans High School. 

Nicola Mabbitt Trophy A Round Robin Doubles Competition run in 6 local areas for players with less experience. Separate competitions for year 8, year 9 and year 10. Teams consist of 4 players. Club players and those with ratings above 9.2 are not eligible for this competition.  They should play in the AEGON Year 8 or 10 competition.  Play in Local Leagues. Finals Monday 24th June. Queenswood School, Hatfield

Year 7 Competition A Round Robin Doubles competition for Year 7 students. There will be two separate competitions for girls - one for experienced players and one for less experienced players. Wedesday 19th June Boys at Haberdashers Boys and Wednesday 12th June Girls at St Albans High School

Team Tennis Schools A Singles and Doubles Competition run by the Tennis Foundation for Year 8 and Year 10 students. Teams consist of 4 players.  It is intended for more experienced players and entry is via the schools section of the Tennis Foundation website.  Division 1 Hertfordshire winners play in the Regional Knockout, and if successful, in the National Finals.  Division 2 is for players with less experience (LTA ratings 9.2 and below) and finishes with a County Final.  Play in Leagues.  Finals July 3rd Queenswood School.

Eastern Region Girls Tournament at Queenswood School.  Thursday June 27th.  All day.  Entries via Catherine Sluter, Queenswood School.
